    I have gained a lot of weight after having my son, and trying to lose it on my own, isn’t as easy as I thought. It will be hard to go through the process but seeing your blog on all the different ‘fad’ diets has convinced me to start to lose weight the healthy way. I have seen your daily menu plans on here and now follow the 1,200 calorie food plan. Thanks for all the great information REAL!
